Our group classes combine elements of bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, and conditioning to create the strongest, fittest, and most balanced version of you. Each day is intentionally designed to challenge your limits, building on the progress made in the days and weeks before.

Every session is guided by knowledgeable coaches who tailor each workout to meet your unique needs—ensuring that every body, at every level, gets exactly the training it deserves.

Monday

Full Body Pull

Kick off the week with a full-body pull workout designed to build strength, stability, and control.
This session targets your back, biceps, and posterior chain through powerful compound movements that set the tone for a strong week ahead.

Tuesday

Full Body Push

Power through Tuesday with a full-body push workout focused on building strength, power, and endurance. This session targets your chest, shoulders, triceps, and legs with explosive, high-energy movements that drive performance and confidence all week long.

Cardio + Endurance

Wednesdays are all about cardio and endurance — a high-energy session designed to elevate your heart rate, boost stamina, and build mental toughness. Expect sweat, speed, and steady effort as you push your limits and leave feeling unstoppable.

Leg Day

Thursdays are for leg day — a powerhouse session focused on building lower-body strength, stability, and endurance. From squats to lunges and everything in between, you’ll challenge your legs and glutes to grow stronger with every rep.

Upper Body Hypertrophy + Core

Fridays focus on upper body accessories and core work — the perfect blend of strength and stability to round out your week. This session hones in on smaller muscle groups, improves balance, and builds a strong, resilient core to support all your lifts.

YGIG WOD

Saturdays bring the energy with a partner CrossFit-inspired workout that blends strength and cardio for the ultimate challenge. Team up, push each other, and tackle high-intensity circuits that build power, endurance, and community—all while having a blast.
