ERIN EARLYWINE
COACH

Erin is a mom, triathlete and OCR racer. She's been in the fitness coaching business for 11 years and absolutely loves it. Erin hates training alone and is a firm believer people work harder in groups and thrive when surrounded by others pushing their limits.

She grew up swimming competitively in the Bay Area and moved to Long Beach, Ca in 1999 to play waterpolo. After college, she fell into the corporate grind and completely alienated herself from anything fitness related. Finally after having her first kid in 2006, Erin realized being active was not only mandatory for her to stay healthy and take care of a family, but also she needed to be a good role model. Erin immediately signed up for a local race because she loved to have something to train for and the rest is history.

Erin's Goals: To have small personal wins everyday, helps you stay positive and a positive mental attitude is crucial to your success. To inspire one person daily to engage in a healthier lifestyle and get them to pay it forward.

Erin's Motto: Go Hard or Go Home! Your time is so valuable, make it count when you show up.

“Challenging workouts and trainers that push you to the next level. No matter what your fitness level is Matt and Ryan are there for you each step of the way. The biggest bonus is our community we have built. No judgement just motivation."

- D Milligan

“If you are looking for a place to workout and stay motivated West Grove Fitness is where you want to be. The team atmosphere and energy keep you moving and wanting to come back. Each day (class) is different and focuses on specific parts of the body with the right amount of cardio involved. The trainers are excellent and incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to ensure exercises are done properly. The location is perfect and WGF offers many class times so there are no excuses! I cannot recommend WGF enough....you will be hooked!"

- K Snider

“I tried WGF based on recommendations from some friends who were already members. I belonged to another gym and wasn't too sure that I could find another place that I loved just as much. My first workout was great and I was feeing it days later! After my second workout, I knew I would really love this place and joined! The trainers are amazing and always take the time to help if you aren't sure what to do. They also give you the push and encouragement you need. The people I've met so far have been super nice and working out with them is so fun! The workouts are fantastic and I'm always dripping sweat when I leave so I know I got in a great workout! Getting up at 5 AM to workout at WGF is a great start to my day!"

- S Ammari

“I truly enjoy coming to West Coast Fitness 2-3 times a week.  I travel from Tustin to work out because to me it matters who is running the gym and if my personalized goals are met.  I have done personal training with Matt Paz and also do small group training to the level that is challenging for me!!  My body has changed; my arms and legs are stronger.  At age 48, my arms finally have definition and my legs look much muscular as opposed to tree trunks!  Matt and his team will do what it takes to help make your experience fun, yet work you out to a point that you want to keep coming to improve.  Lots of friends to make here!"
